Cancellation Policy

Sound Serenity with Jak: Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking & Payments All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system. (unless only deposit paid for group booking) Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received. 2. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. To respect the practitioner's time and allow others on the waiting list to attend, we enforce the following: Cancellations/Changes: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment time for a full refund or credit. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No-Shows: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the full fee will be forfeited (or the deposit for the group session will be forfeited) 3. Arrival & Late Entry Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in. Important: To maintain the vibration and meditative flow of the treatment, the doors will be closed at the start of the session. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) will not be permitted entry, and the session will be treated as a "No-Show." 4. Health & Contraindications By booking, you acknowledge that Sound Therapy is a complementary practice. Please consult a medical professional before booking if: You are in your first trimester of pregnancy. You have a pacemaker or other metal implants. You suffer from sound-induced epilepsy or serious mental or physical health conditions. Including: Paranoid Schizophrenia Severe Panic Disorder Psychotic Breakdown Bipolar Disorder Severe Clinical Depression Suicidal Tendencies Seizures
