Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sound Serenity with Jak
We understand that plans can change. However, as our sessions have limited spaces and require significant preparation, we operate the following policy:
1. Cancellations & Refunds

More than 48 hours’ notice: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors like Stripe or Wix).

Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable. At this late stage, we are usually unable to fill the space.

No-Shows: If you do not attend the session and have not notified us in advance, no refund or transfer will be issued.
2. Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend but it is within the 48-hour window, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Please email us at soundserenityjak@gmail.com with their name so we can update our guest list.

Requests to transfer your booking to a future date must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
3. Late Arrivals

To maintain a peaceful environment for all participants, late entry may not be permitted once a session has begun. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals who are unable to join the session.
4. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that Sound Serenity with Jak needs to cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or venue issues), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
