Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sound Serenity with Jak

We understand that plans can change. However, as our sessions have limited spaces and require significant preparation, we operate the following policy:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors like Stripe or Wix).

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable. At this late stage, we are usually unable to fill the space.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend the session and have not notified us in advance, no refund or transfer will be issued.

2. Ticket Transfers

  • If you cannot attend but it is within the 48-hour window, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no extra cost. Please email us at soundserenityjak@gmail.com with their name so we can update our guest list.

  • Requests to transfer your booking to a future date must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Late Arrivals

  • To maintain a peaceful environment for all participants, late entry may not be permitted once a session has begun. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals who are unable to join the session.

4. Cancellation by Us

  • In the unlikely event that Sound Serenity with Jak needs to cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or venue issues), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
