1. Services & Bookings

• We provide sound healing sessions, workshops, and related wellness services.

• By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or price at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Wix/Stripe).

• Cancellation Policy: As per our Refund Policy, cancellations made less than 48 hours before an event are non-refundable.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer (Medical Notice)

Important: Sound healing is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Contraindications: Sound baths may not be suitable for individuals with cardiac pacemakers, epilepsy (specifically sound-induced), or those in the first trimester of pregnancy.

• Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional before attending if you have any underlying health conditions or concerns. By booking, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and audio clips, is the property of Sound Serenity with Jak and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sound Serenity with Jak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or participation in our sessions.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

6. Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our website/events for any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to others.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
